Crocodile Tears of Indian Railway Minister after killing Bengals Industrialization prospects
Mamata has killed the future of Industrial after killing investment in Bengal economy by sending off the leading investors both international and Indian. Her drama of outburst at that time has fooled people who now realize it. After TATA brought out NANO from Gujarat the eyes of the people opened up. Had she not intervened and stopped today Bengal would have got at least 15 000 employment directly plus another 2 lakh indirect employment. Plus the economy would have got a push bringing attention of other lead investors. The life style of the people in the area vis vis the state would have improved considerable. It is clear now that no private investor will dare take the risk to invest in Bengal as long as she is alive. So she tried to get the required investment from centre to cover her election expenses. She could not succeed so tears came into her eyes. In the history she will be termed as the demon that destroyed Bengal’s economic growth. The beautiful letter of Mr. Modi, the Chief Minister of Gujarat to her will remain as a big testimony.
USA calls Indian business circle to create jobs
The statement by American US Ambassador to India Timothy J Roemer please see http://www.business-standard.com/india/news/us-wants-indian-biz-to-create-jobs-in-america/386126/ looks funny for me. On one side he talks gospel but on the other side there is lack of cooperation by the administration.
Three months back I have come to US on a tourist visa and is returning of 9 th May. During my short stay I was moved by the plight of the unemployed and put up proposal to combat unemployment in Indian style. Please see my blog: fightingunemployment.blogspot.com. I have proposed government, NGO, mentor websites and private individuals of US to come to my terms. I went to the extent asking to give a chance to me to prove my word purely on voluntary terms offering my expertise in this line. Everyone in US has put me down because it is an Indian idea and came openly that such will not work in US because it is simply Indian. In spite of referring success (e.g. Khadi and Village Industries or our government self employment schemes) I could not melt the ice. I feel these are simply gimmicks and what he meant or targeting is Indian investments in US. If Indian companies are invited to invest in US economy advertisement providing information to the extent showing competitive atmosphere like availability of efficient but cheap labor cheap raw material and other items much more beneficial for them over Indian economy. Only those companies who have exclusive American clients will get to think as he shows some tax benefit as a bonus. US economy will not interest those industries who have market throughout the world not only in US alone.
